I was interviewing for an awesome role at a major mortgage spot a few months ago.

Won’t say which. They needed to fix their shit in a big way, and I wound up walking from an offer because of the disorganized mess they obviously were. But the worst part was the interview.

I thunked my iPad 2 down…

Flash sucks, but so do iPads. 

I love it when people come to meetings and pull out their iPad, and their hardshell case, and their keyboards and assemble it all. I just stare at them over the lid of my MacBook Air (which also sucks).

Bottom line - you might be stupid like they are.
